Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) represents the essence of large, diverse, and multicultural communities that encourage both collaborative and energic work. Based in a nation harboring diverse cultural backgrounds our institution promotes an inclusive environment where individuals of any gender, race, and religion can develop their talents and careers.
